Your personalised exercise plan is based on your needs and goals. Your plan will be reviewed at the weekly checkins and will be updated regularly to keep you challenged and reaching your goals.

Our team will have a ‘Strong Mind + Body’ checkin with you once a week for 30 minutes via phone or Zoom to go over achievements, challenges, keep you accountable and ensure you’re on track.

Join our team and other goal oriented women for a weekly checkin, every Saturday from 9am at our Checkin venue - Reactive Performance + Therapy - 71 Flinders Parade, North Lakes.

At checkin we will go over your plans, introduce new exercises with form checks and have a brief mind health check.
